Although it may not feel like it today, spring has finally arrived. To celebrate, we created a new exhibit at the Laurens Public Library. Just recently we came across a box of old greeting cards at the museum. The Easter cards were particularly charming, so we used them as a basis for the new display. We added lots of Easter bonnets and some bunny, chicken, and duck toys and decorated eggs. It's so much fun to gather these little museum treasures and think about how and when they were used. We hope you enjoy the results.
